On the 01.06.2018 specially for our students of the English Holidays Program in Prague we have prepared a sightseeing trip to Dresden.
The convenient location of Prague allows you to travel comfortably and easily throughout the Europe. So, a beautiful city on the Elbe – Dresden is located just 20 km from the border of the Czech Republic.
Dresden is the capital of Saxony and its administrative center. After the Second World War, the city was destroyed by bombing and military operations. It’s amazing that now Dresden is completely restored and rebuilt! In addition to its cultural heritage and numerous attractions, Dresden is known all over the world for its high-tech products: medical devices, Volkswagen and computer equipment. The picturesque location and Baroque architecture honored the pearl of Saxony with the name “Florence on the Elbe”, and some even believe that Dresden is the most beautiful city in Germany.
The excursion trip to Dresden was an excellent addition to the training of our students, inspired them for further success and motivated to learn English even more intensively! After all, in Germany, as in the whole world, knowledge of English opens all the doors! And our students had an opportunity to see it for themselves!
