MSM students get acquainted with Prague from an unusual point of view
On July 17, MSM students of Summer Educational Programs got acquainted with the unusual Prague – Evening Prague, which view they could enjoy while taking a boat trip along the Vltava with an incredible view of the night city. The Czech Republic is famous not only for its urban and ancient architectural views, but also for almost untouched pieces of wild nature, which we will explore with our students in the future, but for now, enjoy the riding a boat along the river Vltava!
The open deck with a canopy, the light summer breeze and the illuminated Prague Castle in the distance, beautifully reflected in the glance of the water – it’s understood now why that many tourists tend to start exploring the city from the ship. Few people know that the total length of the Vltava River is 446 km, 31 km of which lays in the capital city of the Czech Republic. During its route, the Vltava continually changes the strength of its flow. Despite the fact that Vltava is translated from Czech as “wild water”, it flows quietly in Prague – our evening was fun and peaceful. Just the best place where you can go after your arrival, if you want to relax, but you can’t wait to see the magical views of Prague at the same time. On the deck, where you could enjoy a fresh summer evening and a company of new friends, there was DJ with a modern music program, as well as soft drinks, waiting for our students.
Students and their coordinators admired this ship route, which showed the city from various points of view from the water – including a close look to the Charles Bridge. Students also danced to the best DJ music and gain a lot of new friends.
We are sure that MSM events are a good reason to put all gadgets aside and enjoy the moment! We also have mada photos that captured the most precious memories of this evening – merry smiles of newly acquired friends, a fabulous atmosphere and unusual panoramic views that you will not find anywhere else. Some of the photos you will find in the Instagram of the International Union of Youth, but to see the whole album, please follow the link to the gallery.
