The Institute of Hospitality Management is higher educational institution specializing in the field of hotel business, gastronomy and tour business. The aim of the institute is to provide highly professional educational services to those who want to work in such attractive areas of activity as:
middle and top management in the hotel business and other institutions related to tourism;
entrepreneurship in the field of hotel business, gastronomy and tourism;
managerial positions in a number of other areas.
The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague provides its students with everything necessary for a successful study. Currently, the Institute has two modern auditoriums with air conditioning, as well as several audiences fully equipped with multimedia equipment. The reading room has been significantly expanded; computers with Internet access have been equipped in classrooms and the reading room.
Duration of undergraduate studies is 3 years (6 semesters). In the spring semesters, students undergo a three-week practice. Part 3 of the course is devoted to undergraduate practice, at the end of the 6th semester — a bachelor’s examination and graduation. In some semesters, part of the educational process is divided into two modules, ending with exams or tests.
Continuing studies in the magistracy last 2 years (4 semesters). At the beginning of the 3rd semester — undergraduate practice. At the end of the 4th semester — the final state exam and the defense of the thesis.
